Four steps. The first one takes two minutes.

There is nothing to download and nothing to print. You start from your phone, and the paperwork is asked for later, once we already know each other.

  1. Online request

    2 minutes

Your name, your phone and the grade your child is applying to. Nothing else. We answer on WhatsApp the same working day to tell you whether there is a place in that stage, before you spend any more time on it.

  2. Family interview

    45 minutes

With the Guidance Department, at the school. It is a conversation: they want to meet the family, and the family to know the project. Everything about tuition, transport and schedules is answered here.

  3. Diagnostic assessment and paperwork

    One session

The applicant sits a cognitive diagnostic assessment. That same day you hand in the documents, which you can start putting together now.

The documents asked for at this step
    • Recent passport-size photo of the student and of the parents or guardians
    • Birth certificate of the student, complete and legible
    • ID card of the student, from fifth grade onwards
    • ID card of the parents or guardians
    • School reports for the terms already completed
    • Certified grades for secondary education
    • Proof of employment with income and a personal or company balance sheet (not required if you already have a child at the school)
    • Financial clearance from the previous school
  4. Interview with the leadership team

    30 minutes

The last step, with a member of the leadership team. If everything fits, enrolment is formalised and your child joins the Yaleana community.

Do you live outside Venezuela? The interviews at steps 2 and 4 are held by video call and the paperwork is received as scans. and we arrange the whole process remotely.

Start by getting to know the campus.

Most families book a visit first and apply afterwards. There is no required order, but it makes the decision easier.
